StFX alumna, Calgary native Alix Bruch, playing for Serbia’s, ŽFK Spartak Subotica (Spartak), competed in the group stage of the Champions League against some of world’s best teams.

Atlantic University Sport released the 2018 fall sports schedules today, including women’s rugby, men’s and women’s soccer as well as men’s and women’s cross country. Hosts for the 2018 fall championships were also confirmed.

StFX X-Women soccer midfielder Larissa White was recently selected to represent Canada at the World University Futsal Championship in Almaty, Kazakhstan this coming August.

There will be a new champion in AUS women’s soccer. In a rematch of the 2016 AUS final, the fourth seeded Acadia Axewomen defeated the fifth seeded StFX X-Women 2-0 Thursday afternoon at StFX Oland Stadium in the first AUS quarter-final game.

X-Women soccer midfielder Larissa White was named an AUS first team all-star, while midfielder Mercy Myles and striker Chloe Brennan were named AUS second team all-stars.

The 2017 Subway AUS Women’s Soccer Championship will be hosted by St. Francis Xavier University at Oland Stadium in Antigonish, N.S. Nov. 2 to 5, 2017.

The StFX X-Women closed out AUS regular season play with a 2-0 loss to the Acadia Axewomen Friday evening at Raymond Field.

On seniors’ day at StFX, the Dalhousie Tigers defeated the StFX X-Women by a 2-1 score line. The Tigers pounced on their early game dominance by scoring two goals in the first 10 minutes with the X-Women only able to claw one goal back before the half-time break.

The StFX X-Women earned three valuable points against the visiting Mount Allison Mounties with a 3-1 win on a chilly afternoon in Antigonish. The defending AUS champion X-Women were made to work for all three against the young and improving Mounties.

Two first-half goals Sunday afternoon saw the StFX X-Women defeat the Saint Mary’s Huskies 2-0 in Atlantic University Sport women’s soccer action from Huskies Stadium.

On a cool grey Saturday afternoon at Oland Stadium the Acadia Axewomen defeated the hometown X-Women by a score of 1-0. It was a strong effort by the Axewomen, who dominated the always assured X-Women throughout the match.

In a battle of undefeated AUS teams, it was the U SPORTS No. 7 ranked Cape Breton Capers who came out on top with a 1-0 victory over the StFX X-Women Friday night at Oland Stadium.

On a beautiful Sunday afternoon at Oland Stadium, the Sea-Hawks and X-Women played out an absorbing 0-0 scoreless draw of over 90 minutes filled with great passing and tight defending. For those who look at the box score of this afternoon’s game to see a nil-nil score line and assume it was a rather dull affair, they are mistaken.

In AUS women's soccer action at Wickwire Field, the Dalhousie Tigers played the StFX X-Women to a 0-0 draw where both teams had good chances to put a goal on the board in both halves.

The UNB Varsity Reds and StFX X-Women played to a 1-1 draw Sunday afternoon.

The Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues were shutout 1-0 by the StFX X-Women in Atlantic University Sport soccer action, Saturday at Stade Moncton Stadium.
